Marketing in The Specialists is not a department because we believe that it is the responsibility of every member of The Specialists team to create and keep customers. Our marketing strategy therefore has two focal points namely:

b) WHITE PAGES ADVERTISING:
- We are listed in bold in all White Pages directories.
c) PAMPHLET DISTRIBUTION:
- Franchisees are assisted with the design and production of pamphlets for their particular services.
- All branches are required to distribute a minimum number of pamphlets per week.
d) "NEXT-DOOR MARKETING" PAMPHLETS
